Offices
By the deliberation No.8/96 of 27/2/96, approved by the Regional Council of Veneto in the meeting of 19/3/96, the Consortium Board has replaced the "Staff Organic Regulations" with the "Variable Organization Plan", as provided for in the collective agreements of 31/7/94 and 30/1/96 for the renewal of the C.C.N.L. and has determined a partial and limited adjustment of the consortium structure. At present the Consorzio has 46 regular employees and 9 temporary employees distributed between the central head office and the suburban operational offices divided into two areas (Technical-Agricultural and Administrative) directed by two directors, one of which carries out the co-ordination by order of the Administration.
Within each Area the functions are arranged into Sectors each with its relative professional figures: Head of Administrative Sector, Administrative Collaborator, Expert, Second Level and Third Level Employees for the Administrative Area and Head of Technical Agricultural Sector, Technical Agricultural Collaborator, Technical Agricultural Expert, Head Worker, Worker with special skills, First-grade Skilled Worker, Second-grade Skilled Worker and Ordinary Worker for the Technical Agricultural Area.
A partial revision of the duties is being carried out to optimize the work loads for the office staff as well as the field staff to be adapted in a better way to the demands of the users, Office fees and managerial cost containment.

Mechanical means and instrumentation
For running, maintenance and emergencies the Consorzio has the following operational means available:
- 6 hydraulic excavators
- 2 cable excavators
- 2 hydraulic loaders
- 5 boats for the spraying herbicides
- 5 pick-up vehicles
- 1 active vehicle
- 1 4x4 vehicle
- 5 lorries
- 1 scraper
- 4 light motor pumps
- 5 generators on trolleys of various power
- 40 fixed, mobile and vehicle transmitter-receivers
The administrative and technical offices are equipped with computers with appropriate output connected on-line and to Internet, a modem, plotter and a fax.
The Consorzio's Technical Office also has its own Territory Information System constantly up-dated and capable of allowing an advanced management of the data regarding the drainage territory.
